Meet our designer
Within 24 to 48 hours of your initial contact with us, one of our designers will arrange a meeting with you. During this visit, they’ll share examples of our past projects, discuss your options, and take measurements of your staircase. Afterward, we’ll email a detailed quote so you have time to consider before deciding.
Book your installation
When you’re ready to proceed, a surveyor will contact you to go over the process and complete a detailed checklist. They’ll also provide a range of installation dates for you to choose from, with the installation itself typically taking no more than two days.
