We don’t like to keep you waiting so no more than 48 hours after you contact us, one of our designers will organise a meeting with you. During this, they’ll talk you through our products and show you samples. They’ll also measure your staircase while you make your final decision. We’ll give you a quote via email so you don’t feel pressured.
Book your installation
After you accept the quote and confirm, we’ll book in a surveyor to discuss the process with you and go through a detailed checklist. They’ll offer you a variety of installation dates to pick from. It typically won’t take the fitting team more than two days to complete the job.
