Meet our designer

Within 48 hours of the initial phone call, one of our designers will arrange a meeting with you. They’ll show you samples of our products and take measurements of your staircase. Afterwards, they’ll email you with a quote so you don’t feel any pressure to make a decision straight away.

Book your installation

If you’re happy to go ahead, a surveyor will be in touch to complete a detailed checklist and walk you through the process. You will be offered a number of installation dates to choose from. Once decided, you’ll be sent a confirmation letter with your installation dates.
