Within 48 hours, one of our staircase designers will visit your home. We’ll show you oak and glass samples, take measurements, and talk through the style options that best complement your property.

Once you approve the design and quote, we’ll arrange a pre-installation survey and agree on a fitting date. Most installations are completed within two days, with minimal disruption to your home.

Our team of skilled designers, joiners, and finishers works collaboratively to deliver a staircase that is as durable as it is beautiful. We avoid laminates and opt for hardwood due to its strength, rich texture, and longevity. European and American oak are our customers’ favourites, but we also work with walnut, maple, and sapele. Each piece of timber is hand-selected based on age, grain quality, and harvesting season to ensure minimal sap content and maximum stability.
And when it comes to finishing touches, we don’t cut corners. Every staircase is hand-finished with four coats of lacquer by our in-house French polishers, providing your staircase with both protection and a polished finish.
